I ordered a scooter with next day delivery; unfortunately after 8 days, I have still not received the scooter and have yet to receive any refund for the next day delivery fee paid. During this time, I have emailed, sent Whatsapps and called Micro Scooter on numerous occasions but have yet to receive any clarity on delivery. I was also promised a call back twice which never happened. I have now been on hold for 20 mins as 'position 1 in the queue' for their UK contact number. Customer Service is extremely poor and not befitting of a so called premium brand for scooters. I will not order from Micro Scooter again.

For my second child decided to spent bit more and get one of the best scooter on the market(according to reviews)I ordered Micro-scooter from micro-scooters.co.uk on Tuesday Morning and was guaranteed that it will arrive before the weekend(for my daughter birthday). My bank account was debited instantly and received a confirmation email with delivery time 2-3 working days. When called back on Friday afternoon to find out where is my order. Lady in the other side didn't seem to be bothered and calmy said that it HASN'T BEEN SHIPPED YET!!!! as they don't have it in warehouse. When ask for refund/cancellation she replied that order is not in the stage on which it can be cancelled and I need to wait for it to be shipped in order to cancel it. SERIOUSLY THIS MEAN TO BE ONE OF THE BEST SCOOTER COMPANY ?!

I needed a part for an obsolete scooter and Francesca was so helpful going above and beyond to find one for me. Very impressed with the speed of support via whatsapp.

Customer service efficient

Initially got in touch via whatsapp to say I was yet to receive my order (I had waited longer than their specified time), after some initial to and fro the customer service managed to allocate my order and get it sorted. They then called me to confirm all was sorted and offered a part refund which was processed quickly.Shame about the delay but was sorted efficiently with minimal issues.

Weird customer service

Yesterday, I contacted online chat to show a defect on my daughters scooter. A person called ‘Beverley’ transferred me to someone called ‘Lilly’ who, after seeing the photos, etc., arranged a replacement and collection of the old scooter today. I was to receive two text messages, however they did not come. I got back in touch with Beverly on online chat and sent her the online chat from yesterday (I screen shot it all). She told me Lilly is a made up name and would have no idea who the person was. This means that the other lady probably isn’t Beverley either!!! The person called ‘Lilly’ yesterday, clearly messed up and did not do anything she said she’d done. She cannot be traced, therefore cannot be spoken to about her huge mistake. ‘Beverley’ has now sorted it and hopefully what should have happened today, will happen tomorrow. I think it’s bad that these agents cannot be traced, therefore nobody can make a complaint and the person who messed up gets away with it.

Great customer service

Great customer service. Bought a helmet and the strap broke, they sent a replacement within 2 days.

I was very impressed by the prompt…

I was very impressed by the prompt response I received via a WhatsApp conversation. They sorted out the issue quickly and efficiently. Thank you, would thoroughly recommend this company.

Really Poor Customer Service

RUINING Christmas by overselling scooters they don't have in stock!

I ordered 2 scooters in Black Friday but a week later was told one was not actually in stock (their stock system didn't show they were sold out so they carried on selling when they didn't have the stock in the warehouse!). Whilst this is bad enough, I understand these things can happen, but what makes a difference is how the company handle it. Well, this has also been AWFUL. I chased and chased for a refund and confirmation that the rest of my order would be delivered, only to be told over 2 weeks later (and just over a week until Christmas!) that in fact the other scooter I ordered was also out of stock and wouldn't be delivered! It is now too late to order from another retailer as it is sold out everywhere else. Safe to say Micro-scooters have ruined Christmas for my children who have specifically asked for these scooters from Father Christmas. The communication has been so poor. I spoke to yet another person in customer services yesterday to arrange a replacement scooter (in a different colour) and asked to receive an email to confirm this is now on its way (as I have lost all trust and am worried nothing will arrive by Christmas). Of course I did not receive any email confirmation and am having to spend time chasing them AGAIN. I will never shop from this website again. I like the scooters but will only buy from a retailer like John Lewis or Selfridges as I think they are safer and more trustworthy.

Customer service

Up until Catherine, the customer service champion had dealt with my complaint I would have given this company a one star. However the way in which my issue was resolved was so professional and timely my confidence in the company was restored. Basically my parcel was delivered with no protection packaging whatsoever and a crushed box with just one piece of sellotape to keep it together. As a result the scooter basket was totally bent and twisted. Fortunately the helmet was intact. I contacted customer services and sent an e mail with a photograph of the damaged goods and immediately Catherine advised me to dispose of the basket, no requirement to post back, and she issued a refund. Very pleasant e mails with an apology too. So thank you Catherine very much. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

What an amazing customer experience

What an amazing customer experience. I contacted Micro Scooters to ask for help in identifying spare parts for my scooter and they very quickly booked me a WhatsApp call with Maureen Wiltshire, Customer Experience Champion. Maureen had a video call so I could show her all the issues and very quickly she was able to advise me on the parts I needed (including sending me an email with links to each part). This is the best customer experience I have had and I would highly recommend Micro Scooters.

Fantastic Customer Service

Contacted Micro Scooters via email about two scooters, then booked an appointment for today. Spoke with Maureen Wiltshire this afternoon, and she first suggested what we could do to try and resolve the issues before buying spares. I wasn't sure of the make of one of them, so she suggested I send her pictures. She responded not long afterwards with the link to the part and suggestions on what to do. Already tried one, and it worked! Very happy, and it appears we could fit the needed part ourselves with the help of the videos. No hard selling at all, very pleased.
